- Authenticity: Partners must only offer genuine and authentic products. Counterfeit or unauthorized goods are strictly prohibited.
- Safety: Products must meet all applicable safety standards and regulations. Partners are responsible for ensuring the safety of their products.
- Service Delivery: Partners providing services must deliver them in a professional and timely manner, meeting the agreed-upon standards.
- Warranty and Returns: Partners must honor their stated warranty and return policies, providing clear and accessible information to customers.
- Respectful Communication: Partners must communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Prompt Response: Partners must respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Prohibited Content: Partners must not upload or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
- Platform Guidelines: Partners must adhere to all platform guidelines and terms of service provided by Nartin.
- Security: Partners are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and protecting their login credentials.
- Respect for Nartin Brand: Partners must not engage in activities that could damage the reputation or brand of Nartin.

- Partners are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices in their operations, including reducing waste, conserving energy and water, and minimizing their environmental footprint.
- Partners should strive to offer products and services that are environmentally friendly and socially responsible.
Resource Efficiency:
- Partners should seek to minimize resource consumption, including the use of raw materials, energy, and water.
- Encourage the use of recycled and recyclable materials in packaging and products.
Waste Management:
- Partners should implement responsible waste management practices, including reducing waste generation, promoting recycling, and properly disposing of hazardous materials.
- Where possible, reduce the use of single use plastics.

- Partners should aim to stay up to date on new and developing enviromental regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Partners are encouraged to continuously improve their sustainability performance and seek opportunities for innovation.
- Nartin encourages open communication with its partners, about new ways to improve sustainability.
- Cooperation: Partners must cooperate with Nartin in audits or investigations related to compliance with this Code of Conduct.
- Reporting Violations: Partners are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct to Nartin
- Continuous Improvement: Partners are expected to continuously improve their business practices to align with this Code of Conduct.
- Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in penalties, including but not limited to, warnings, suspension, or termination of partnership with Nartin.
- Nartin reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its customers and brand.
- Nartin reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes.
